Flora & Co. — How we get your order to you.

We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. Our goal is to get your order to you intact and on time, without cutting corners on packaging or carrier selection. Below is everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and handling.

Domestic shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69. For orders under $69, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies. This rate covers the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM CT are delivered within 1–2 business days to most continental U.S. addresses.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT ship the same day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. During peak seasons (wedding season, holidays), processing may take an extra day—we’ll note that on the site banner.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously because we ship fragile items—glass vases, ceramic tableware, and fresh-looking artificial florals. Each order is packed with care:

  • Glass & ceramic: Individually wrapped in kraft paper, nested with corrugated dividers, double-boxed
  • Florals & botanicals: Secured in place with tissue and paper fill to prevent crushing
  • Linens & tabletop: Folded flat in rigid boxes or rolled in tubes

We avoid styrofoam and plastic bubble wrap wherever possible. All packaging is recyclable.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also track your order directly on our site using your order number and email.

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the UK. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not qualify for free shipping. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us at Support@floraco.com immediately. If the order hasn’t been packed, we can update it. Once packed, we cannot change the address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, check the tracking first. If there’s no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us. We’ll file a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund.

Damaged items

If anything arrives damaged, we replace it immediately at no cost. You don’t need to return the damaged item. Email us at Support@floraco.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll ship a replacement within one business day.

Note: For damaged items, we don’t require you to send the product back. A photo helps us improve our packaging—not to make you prove the damage. We trust you.

Returns due to shipping issues

If your order is returned to us because the carrier couldn’t deliver (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we’ll contact you. You can choose reshipment (additional fee applies) or a refund for the product cost (shipping charges are not refunded).
