Shipping Policy

Flora & Co. — How we get your order to you.

Free shipping: On all orders of $39 or more

Flat rate shipping: $5.99 for orders under $39

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. Our goal is to get your order to you intact and on time — without cutting corners on packaging or carrier selection.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard shipping

  • Orders $39 and over: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $39: $5.99 flat rate
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited shipping

  • Cost: $15.95 flat rate
  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days after processing

Priority overnight

  • Cost: $35.00 flat rate
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days after processing
  • Note: Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will ship the next business day

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Standard delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may take 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1–2 business days, but delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Canada: 5–10 business days — $18.00 flat rate
  • Europe: 7–14 business days — $28.00 flat rate
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days — $32.00 flat rate
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days — $35.00 flat rate

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential charges.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order at any time using our track order page.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking information does not update within 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously. Dried flowers are wrapped in tissue and secured with flexible supports to prevent breakage. Art pieces are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with custom‑cut cardboard inserts. Party supplies are packed in heavy‑weight boxes that resist crushing.

All packaging materials are recyclable or made from recycled content. We do not use Styrofoam peanuts or single‑use plastic film.

Delivery issues

Lost or delayed packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, we will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge — whichever you prefer.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the damaged product(s) and send them to support@floraandco.com within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately. Keep the original packaging in case the carrier needs to inspect it.

Incorrect address

Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can correct the address free of charge if your order has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, and you may need to file a claim with the carrier.

Signature required

For orders over $200, we require a signature upon delivery to prevent theft or misdelivery. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Shipping holidays

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Orders placed on or immediately before these holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping to PO boxes and military addresses

We ship to PO boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for PO box addresses. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary widely for military addresses — we recommend allowing 10–21 business days.

If you have special shipping needs — such as a specific delivery date, a need to delay shipment, or a request for discreet packaging — please contact us before placing your order. We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
