These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Campfire Baking. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We keep them straightforward—no buried clauses, no surprises.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason—such as stock availability or payment issues—we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once you place an order, the price at checkout is locked. We do not adjust prices retroactively.

Product availability is updated in real time. In the rare event that an item sells out between the time you add it to your cart and the time you complete checkout, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund.

Payment

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which processes major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. If your payment fails, we will notify you and hold your order for 24 hours before releasing the items back to inventory.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions. However, due to the nature of natural materials and handmade elements, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Screen colours may vary from actual product colours. We photograph our products under standard lighting conditions, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays colours accurately.

Warranty and guarantee

We stand behind the materials and workmanship of our products. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campfire Baking’s liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or personal injury.
